Seekly always commits to comply with Cybersecurity Law of P.R.C. and other related laws and regulations in relation to personal information protection, and take all reasonable and practicable steps to safeguard the personal information provided by you from unauthorized access, processing, erasure during the process of collection, storage, use and transfer. This statement is intended to inform you about your and Seekly’s rights and obligations in relation to the personal information provided by you,and explicitly indicate the purposes, means and scope of collecting and using such personal information. 1. It is often necessary for our current or prospective clients, including individual clients, corporate or business entities (collectively referred to as “clients” and otherwise referred to as “client”, “you” or “your”), to provide Seekly (hereinafter referred to as “SEEKLY”, “we”, “our” or “us”) with data about yourselves, your individual representatives or employees (“Personal Information”) in connection with our business process execution, including delivery of services and/or products, preparation of proposals, provision of quotations, arranging insurance cover, managing claims, client relationship management and conducting internal conflicts checks. Such Personal Information may include copies and other details of identity documents, proof of address and other contact details, information concerning age, marital status, racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health or medical condition, dietary preference, commission or alleged commission of any offence or proceedings for any offence committed or alleged to have been committed, the disposal of such proceedings or the sentence of any court in such proceedings) etc. 2. Personal Information you provide will be collected, used and otherwise processed by SEEKLY for the following purposes: 2.1 client relationship management procedures, including any potential conflict checks as may be required; 2.2 the delivery of services or products to the client; 2.3 those purposes specifically provided for in any particular service or product offered by SEEKLY; 2.4 SEEKLY’s necessary internal record-keeping; 2.5 prevention of crime (including but not limited to fraud, money-laundering, bribery); 2.6 purposes relating to any of the above (including but not limited to necessary research, benchmarking and statistical analysis conducted to improve SEEKLY’s services and products). 3. SEEKLY may send you information by e-mail, telecommunication means (telephone calls or text messages) or social media about products and services offered by selected third parties that we think may interest you but in doing so we maintain control over the Personal Information and we will not disclose the Personal Information to such third parties without your prior consent. Upon the receipt of above information, you will retain the right to refuse to continue to accept such information or services. 4. Disclosure. Personal Information provided to SEEKLY will generally be kept confidential but you hereby consent and authorize SEEKLY to provide or disclose the Personal Information to the necessary extent for the purposes stated in paragraph 2 above to: 4.1 any person to whom SEEKLY is compelled or required to do so under law or in response to a competent or government agency; 4.2 members of the Seekly Group and their affiliates; 4.3 government agencies and industry regulators; 4.4 SEEKLY’s auditors, accountants, lawyers or other financial or professional advisers; and other necessary and appropriate sub-contractors or third party service or product providers. 5. Failure to provide such Personal information may result in SEEKLY being unable to provide clients with the services and/or products requested 6. Safeguards. We confirm that we have implemented the appropriate administrative and security safeguards and procedures in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations to prevent the unauthorized or unlawful processing of the Personal Information and the accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, the Personal Information. 7. Data Transfer. Where necessary or appropriate for the purposes of data storage or processing or providing any service or product on our behalf to you, we may transfer the Personal Information to another member of the Seekly Group or third party service or product providers within or outside the country in which SEEKLY is established (including but not limited to Australia and U.S.), under conditions of confidentiality and similar levels of security safeguards. At the same time. SEEKLY will conduct necessary security assessment when transmit such data overseas according to applicable laws and regulations. 8. Your Rights of Access and Correction. You have the right to request access to and correction of information about you held by SEEKLY and you may: 8.1 check whether SEEKLY holds or uses Personal Information you provide and request access to such data; 8.2 request that SEEKLY correct any of Personal Information you provide that is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date; 8.3 request that SEEKLY specify or explain its policies and procedures in relation to data and types of Personal Information handled by SEEKLY; 8.4 communicate to SEEKLY your objection to the use of Personal Information you provide for marketing purposes whereupon SEEKLY will not use your Personal Information you provide for these purposes; and withdraw, in full or in part, your consent given previously. 9. By accepting your submission, Seekly Group does not give up any rights to use similar or related feedback, ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques or other information previously known to us, or developed by our employees, or obtained from sources other than you.
